Apprenticeships are an excellent way for businesses to develop employees with the skills and experience that they need. While for the apprentice it is an opportunity to get hands-on experience, on-the-job training, and gain respected qualifications at the same time.
Over the course of the Apprenticeship, employees will work towards the following:
Employers will provide the apprentice with an induction into their role and on-the-job training. Off-the-job training will be arranged by a training provider, usually on a day release or bloc release basis. The training provider will also produce a training plan and manage the apprentice's regular assessments.
